ELECTRICITY：
When you check in all the electric plugs are off the wall socket
except fridge. Please unplug them again when you check out.
Please avoid using air conditioner and electric carpet
same time in winter as it would blow a fuse.
GAS：
Main taps are turned off when checked in.
Please turn them off again when you leave the room.
HEATER：
Kerosene oil is placed near the stairs.
Use it as much as you want.
Please be carefull not to spill kerosene.
In case of running out of kerosene oil,
just call me so that we will replace it asap.
Please be carefull not to start a fire.
FOODS AND DRINKS：
You can have them all if you want,
but when you finish them please replenish the stocks.
BEDDING：
There are 5 sets of Futons,2 on 4th floor and rest on 5th floor.
Sheets, Futon cover,Pillows you can find them in a box
where futons are placed in the closet of 4th floor.
There are not enough pillowcases. Please use the towels instead
as they are placed in a box next to washing machine on 5th floor.
When you check out please leave your used sheets
and towels in a basket next to washing machine.
Housekeeping will be done next day.
Please kindly vacume clean the room
before you check out.
TRASH：
Flammable refuse are to be placed before 8 o'clock
in the morning of Monday,Wednesday and Friday
in front of MacDonald's.
There are bags for flammable refuse
in the cabinet next to fridge.
Incombustible refuse and flammable refuse that missed
Mon,Wed and Fri. please kindly take back with you.
I need your help to keep the price as low as possible
for as long as possible.
